We are fully committed to our customers’ complete satisfaction. Once we have repaired your watch, we stand behind those repairs. Each repair is guaranteed with a full one-year warranty. If any problems occur during the one-year period following the initial repair, we will repair or replace any damaged parts or correct the problem. This warranty covers only replacement parts and actions in the initial service.
In order to obtain service, please submit your invoice for the work performed, the original repair number, and the previously repaired watch for an evaluation by one of our watch technicians. If you meet the conditions of the warranty, we will promptly repair your watch and return it to you as soon as possible. We use all genuine parts. Rarely, specific parts may not be available, in which case we will contact you to seek your approval before using any substitute part. We will use the replacement part only after receiving your approval.
This warranty does not include any parts or issues that were not included in the initial service and does not include negligence, accidents or normal wear and tear. The warranty also does not include water damage to non-water-resistant models. Because watches are delicate by nature, warranties may be subject to discretion if there is evidence of tampering. The warranty also excludes band orders, partial repairs and shipping charges. We do not cover manufacturer warranties. If your watch is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
We are a member of the AWCI and are Swiss-Certified. The Los Angeles Watch Repair Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to watch during the shipping process. We strongly recommend that you insure your package to protect your watch. Please do not send your watch box or papers with your watch.
